I called back and it turned out to be a private cell phone # and the guy's name is Larry Goldman. I did give him all of the details about the scam. He do live in NY but in works in New Jersey

Did not answer. Caller (female) began to talk over answering machine message, mentioned the name "Samantha". (nobody here by that name) 554 is not a valid area code. May be Brazilian? 55 is the country code for Brazil, and 400x-xxxx is a valid phone number format in Brazil.

I got a message from an "officer sam mathews" who sounded as indian as bin ladin himself. The "officer" said that I was to call by monday or I will have a arrest warrent out for me. I have no idea who the hell these people are and I would really love for them to stop calling me!!!! Im sure there is a law against this and if anything the 253 area should be shut down!!!!!!!
